Multiple Payment Methods:

Purchases on our website can be made with various payment methods. This way you can choose the most convenient method for you:

  • Payment by cheque: choosing this mode, you can pay directly to the courier when he comes to deliver the product you ordered. Cash on delivery payment is accepted only if made by cash (for orders up to 999,00 €) or bank draft payable to PrimaLuceLab iSrl (for higher values).
  • Bank transfer: you can pay with a bank transfer (so you can do it by going to your bank or using a Home Banking service if you have one). You will receive our bank details in the confirmation email you will see immediately after the order.
  • Paypal: if you select PayPal as your payment method, you will be redirected to the PayPal website page where you can pay after entered your credentials.
  • Credit card: we accept payment with the most commonly-used credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Visa Express. If you choose this method of payment, at the end of the ordering process you will be forwarded automatically to our bank server where you can pay safely thanks to the secure payment system SSL (Secure Socket Layer).
  • Installment plan (for Italian residents only)


Shipping and delivery:

Shipping fare depends on your preferred shipping choice (see below) and now we have a special FREE SHIPPING for all the orders greater than 199 euro and shipping weight lower than 10 Kg! This special promo is valid for these countries: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, United Kingdom, Iceland, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Portugal, San Marino, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden! When we'll ship to you the ordered product, we'll send you email shipment confirmation. Depending on the Country where you want to receive or ship your products to, you can choose among the following options:

- GLS: delivery in 1-2 working days in Italy;
- UPS Standard: Delivery in 2-3 working days;
- UPS Express: Delivery in 1 working day to most European addresses;
- UPS Expedited: Delivery in 7 working days; operating also in extra European Countries.

Note: for some Countries or products - for logistics reasons - it may happen to have one only option available. Qhen you receive your order:

- Check that the number of packages delivered corresponds to the shipping document
- Check that the box appears intact and not altered, including the closing strip
- Check that there is no damage inside the package

In case of tampering and / or breakage, you should immediately challenge the shipment and / or delivery by adding words "subject to control GOODS FOR ....." (indicate motivation) on the delivery document received from the courier. Then please contact us immediately via email at (and sending us a photograph of the package). The notification must be received no later than 7 (seven) days from the receipt of goods.
